♦ Importance and Benefits of Budgeting
♦ Types of Budgets
♦ Preparation of Flexible Budget and Sales Budget Manually

Module 2 : Preparation of Budgets in Excel 15 Hours
♦ Setting up a Worksheet or Converting Data from Picture into Excel
♦ Preparation of Flexible Budget and Sales Budget in Excel
♦ Analyse Data using Excel
♦ Prepare Pivot Table and Chart

(The module/s are to be taught with the help of the computer wherever practical exposure is required)
